While Little Sparrow Boutique is still a fairly new store in Second Life, we pride ourselves in bringing only the best high-quality products to the grid! Our items are partially based on real designs, and partially created right from our heads, this allows for a lot of creativity and tons of fun new things for "big kids" in SL!

FAQ:

Can I have a refund? The only time we offer refunds is in event of an accidental double purchase, however, we gladly exchange defective/broken products for fixed versions! If you accidentally purchased more than one of the same item, please provide me with transaction history and I will refund the additional purchases.


I paid for something, but didn't receive it, what do I do? Relog, clear your cache, check your RECEIVED items folder, your RECENT tab (if your viewer supports this) your OBJECTS folder, and your TRASH, touch my redelivery terminal and see if the item can be re-delivered, if the transaction FAILS (if you leave the sim before receiving it, if my dropboxes are offline, etc) your money will be refunded quickly... If none of this works, please send me a note card with your transaction history and I'll deliver the item to you as soon as I possibly can!

Are you hiring? We are not currently hiring, in the event we do decide to hire staff, we will have an application box out in the front of the main store!

 
Do you need models? Nopers! I have that covered, but thank you


Do you need CSRs? Nope! I have that covered too!


Why is there no inworld group for your store?  I know how much of a pain in the booty it is to juggle groups, so my store exclusively uses a subscriber system to send out notices, gifties, etc!


The outfit I bought is missing an item! Oops! I'm human, and mistakes happen sometimes, but please let me know ASAP and I'll gladly fix the item and issue a redelivery to everyone who has purchased it!


The outfit I bought has a grey texture! Aw darn!! This usually means one of three things, either a) SL is super laggy right now and your texture hasn't loaded just yet, b) SL has eaten the asset, or c) my silly face has accidentally left a temporary texture on an item! Please let me know of this issue ASAP so I can check and see if it's just you, or everyone, and so I can fix it as soon as possible!


How come you didn't answer my IM/NC? Even though IMs go straight to my email, which is linked to my phone, which is pretty much fused to my hand 24/7, sometimes SL eats a message or a notecard, and I just plain don't get it. If you've contacted me and not heard back in 2-3 days, poke me again! My online status is public, so you'll know if I'm on!
